DESCRIPTION: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgram Purpose\n\n\n\nChanging Lives Summer 
 Academy (CLSA) is a 6-week summer learning program designed to support stud
 ents by addressing summer learning loss while strengthening foundational li
 teracy and math skills for students in grades K–8\n\n\n\nThe program prio
 ritizes:\n\n\n\n\nStudents performing below grade level\n\n\n\nEmerging and
  developing readers\n\n\n\nStudents who benefit from structured academic su
 pport and enrichment\n\n\n\n\nCLSA serves as a school-aligned extension of 
 academic intervention\, providing families with a safe\, engaging\, and aca
 demically purposeful summer option.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgram Structure\n\n\n\
 n\nDuration: 6 weeks  \n\n\n\nDates: June 8 – July 10\n\n\n\nSchedule: M
 onday–Friday\n\n\n\nCore Program: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM\n\n\n\nOptional Ext
 ended Learning & Enrichment: 1:00 – 5:00 PM\n\n\n\nEnrollment Options: Fa
 milies may enroll students in all six weeks or for single weeks.

 ichment Block\n\n\n\nFor families who need a longer day\, we offer an optio
 nal Extended Learning & Enrichment Block following the core program. Our Ex
 tended Learning and Enrichment Block will run from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Thi
 s four-hour block provides students with a calm\, supervised transition fro
 m the learning day while still offering intentional structure and engagemen
 t.\n\n\n\nIncluded in the Extended Learning & Enrichment Block is:\n\n\n\n\
 nSupervised Lunch (1 hour)Students eat lunch together in a relaxed\, commun
 ity-focused setting. Families provide lunch from home.\n\n\n\nChoice & Comm
 unity Hour (3 hour)A structured choice block where students select from a v
 ariety of calm\, engaging activities such as:\n\nBuilding and design (LEGO\
 , construction materials)\n\n\n\nBoard games and logic puzzles\n\n\n\nArt a
 nd creative projects\n\n\n\nReading\, audiobooks\, and quiet activities\n\n
 \n\nMindfulness\, reflection\, and SEL-focused activities\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis
  block supports social skills\, independence\, creativity\, and emotional r
 egulation in a low-pressure environment.\n\n\n\nDaily Schedule\n\n\n\nFamil
 ies have two options to enroll their student in:\n\n\n\n\nCore Program + Ex
 tended Learning & Enrichment Block (8:00–5:00) Arrival begins at 8:\n\n\n
 \nCore Program only (8:00–1:00)\n\n\n\n\nTuition\n\n\n\nTuition is $270 p
 er week.\n\n\n\nTuition for the Extended Learning & Enrichment Block is $10
